Wonderful tools with a rich framework, inquiry. Practical methods and the example of our presenters will help me carry back new perspectives. Choice and personal investment are critical to all kids particularly our boys. Will use voice thread for pen pals with 3rd graders in Ossipee, New Hampshire. Will be using it as well for conclusions kids will draw from reading. Will be using smartboard for a boys writing club to examine the tenents of good writing in a more tactile interactive way. Thanks for a great day!

Today was a very informative day. I can absolutely use some of these lessons in my classroom. I would like to use voice thread in the next couple of weeks and I would also like to use united streaming. My students will benefit from the many things I learned today.

I've always loved inquiry based learning. This class will help me integrate technology along with the "hardbound" sources I'm used to. So much to think about! For the next 2 weeks, I plan to have my students view video clips from the Nat'l Geo site (planets 101), and the glossopedia article on solar system. Paul R. is coming to Dry Creek to help me and my students with note taking while viewing video from Nat'l Geo. or United Streaming.

I really loved learning how to use the temperature probe and Proscope. The Proscope is the coolest thing I have seen in a while! I am going to use both items tomorrow for a lab I am teaching called Tools of Science. The students will have so much fun using new technology in the classroom! Thank you! I also loved the slideshow instructions for FlickrStorm... I will use that as well :)

I liked the article on the three E's. It helps me get a handle on inquiry based learning. I also loved the slide show activity. It was very easy to use and it could be used soooo many ways! I love a flexible tech tool.
